Impact Arts are looking for dynamic, well-networked Development Manager to join us on a part-time basis.
Impact Arts are looking for someone who can demonstrate considerable experience in developing strong partnerships which generate income, has bid-writing experience and wants to join us in our mission to tackle inequalities across Scotland.
Impact Arts operates in a fast-paced funding environment, with up to 50 funders supporting us to work with 5,000 people each year by contributing towards the 60+ projects and a £1.8m annual turnover. As the organisation continues to grow and support more people and communities, we face increasing challenges in meeting the demand for our work.
This role is designed to strengthen our networks with local authorities and the public sector, cutting across the many areas we work in, including employability, education, health, social work, and regeneration.
Job title: Development Manager
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 0.6 FTE per annum
Travel: Across central Scotland
Reporting to: Head of Development
Responsible for: n/a
Duration of contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Qualifications & Experience: Qualified to SCQF Level 9 or above
Other Essentials: Subject to PVG | Disclosure Scotland check
