he Nevis String Quartet are a newly formed Glasgow based ensemble. All its members are either recent graduates or current students of the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. The quartet has been playing for functions and corporate events and is now also beginning to give concert performances around the UK.
The quartet is hoping to become involved in community and education projects and being based in Scotland are particularly keen to explore Scottish folk and contemporary music.
