Bows Art Classical Music Management - Full biography
Bows Art Classical Music Management is a Scottish based agency, set up in January 2005 in response to the request by several of Scotland’s finest chamber musicians for local representation.
Since then our portfolio has expanded to include more of the country’s best vocal and instrumental soloists, duos and ensembles, including early music and opera.
Although we do a small amount of promotion ourselves, we mostly work with promoters including music clubs, universities, theatres and
festivals, mainly in the UK but also further afield.
Our artists participate in a wide array of different musical events, ranging from traditional concerts, festivals and tours through to concerts in more unusual venues such as converted warehouses, stately homes, castles and even frigates. We specialise in innovative programming to suit specific events such as exhibitions and composer anniversaries. Our musicians perform a broad repertoire ranging from the traditional to the contemporary and beyond. Performances can include newly commissioned works, some of which were composed with our specific musicians in mind.
