Celebration of RONALD STEVENSON'S 80th Birthday

The European Piano Teachers Association (UK) recently hosted a celebration to mark the 80th Birthday of Scots Composer RONALD STEVENSON.
The event was held a St Mary’s Cathedral, Edinburgh on March 1 with pianist Murray McLachlan performing Stevenson’s ‘Passacaglia on DSCH’ on the cathedral's magnificent new Steinway piano.
The performance was followed by a masterclass (3.45pm–5pm), led by Murray McLachlan, to young pianists playing works by Stevenson.
