Aberdeen Performing Arts

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced facilities/operations manager who will be responsible for the day to day smooth operations of Aberdeen Performing Arts’ venues.

You will work across all three of our venues – His Majesty’s Theatre, the Music Hall and The Lemon Tree – in this critical role, responsible for all aspects of our Operations and Housekeeping teams, including building management, maintenance, venue development, health and safety, security and compliance. You will ensure that our venues are well maintained, staffed and set for planned events to provide the highest standards of customer service. You will be operational lead for health and safety across our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in facilities or operational management, with good experience in leading and motivating experienced teams. You will be hard-working, a team player and able to work under your own initiative, with an excellent understanding of health and safety. Known for your customer-focused approach and communication skills, you will also have a high level of organisational and planning ability. Experience in building maintenance and dealing with the public is a must.

Salary circa £33,500 per annum.
