The Cumnock Tryst

We are looking for an inspirational, dynamic, creative, hard-working arts professional to become our Senior Producer. You will be responsible for the management and production of all of The Cumnock Tryst’s activity: our annual, international 4-day festival; a concert series across the year; and our community engagement programme.

You will have a passion for music and its transformative power for both people and places. Your natural flair for cultural administration, your ability to deliver high quality cultural programmes, combined with excellent communication skills are what we need to deliver our vision.

The successful candidate will thrive on the challenge of bringing world class music and musicians to unexpected places and will have the courage to take responsibility for the delivery of a ground-breaking programme of activity.

Working with a dedicated team, led by Sir James MacMillan and Jennifer Martin, you will have the opportunity to contribute to every area of our work; production, planning, fund-raising, marketing and PR.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to join one of the UK’s leading arts organisations at an exciting moment in its development.
