Hospitalfield is an artists’ house. We run an international programme of residencies for artists across art forms…. we commission: summer schools; events; talks; festivals; conferences & more…
Hospitalfield is one of Scotland’s most fascinating Victorian Arts & Crafts houses and we aim always to inspire people in the history that connects Arbroath’s dynamic medieval history with a 19th century artist’s vision; creating new ways to enjoy this beautiful place.
The aim of this new part-time (0.5 FTE) post at Hospitalfield is to develop a creative approach to the development of our existing volunteer programme. We wish to reach more people and to involve them in a series of projects that will make Hospitalfield more connected to the town of Arbroath, the region of Angus and the people living locally.
The successful candidate will develop strategies to sustain our current volunteer workforce, grow a larger cohort of volunteers with a wider reach, and involve more people in the activities at Hospitalfield.
