The NYOS Pastoral Team support participants aged 9-22 to have a valued, joyful, and high-level experience at all our courses.
At NYOS, our participants seek experiences that value safety, wellbeing, and fun. Our Pastoral Team is essential to ensuring that all young people taking part in our courses and projects can participate safely and healthily.
The NYOS Pastoral Team support participants to have a valued, joyful, and high-level experience through the efficient administration of course schedules and policies, and the continued monitoring and support of health and wellbeing. NYOS courses are fully inclusive, and the Pastoral team ensure that everyone knows they are a welcome part of the NYOS community.
Whether it’s week-long residential courses, audition days, or short courses like NYOS Academy and NYOS LAB, the Pastoral Team are always on hand to guarantee participants the best experience possible.
We are now looking to expand the pool of freelancers from which we can build our Pastoral Teams. Rate of pay: Min £125 per day with additional fees for residential work + travel costs
Length of role: Ranges from single days to week-long residentials
