We are: seeking an experienced Central Production Unit (CPU) Manager to lead the day to day operations of the CPU department. You will be responsible for managing the CPU throughput whilst ensuring Conservatoire productions are delivered to a high standard, safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget. You will manage the CPU staff and oversee the coordination of activity between various production departments, ensuring projects deliver within budget, timescale, and operational restrictions.

You will: possess an appropriate professional qualification and/or equivalent experience of working in a production or technical management role. You will have previous experience of budget and line management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with extensive knowledge of the professional production processes are essential for this role.
