PianoPiano comprises two of Scotland's finest female musician-composers, Hilary Brooks and Karen MacIver. Their first album dedicated... is made up of nine soundtracks, each dedicated to the spirit of famous women who have touched all our lives - from Amelia Earhart to Katharine Hepburn.

However the live performance of dedicated is where PianoPiano excels. It is unique in that the composers Karen and Hilary play their own music and leave space in their scores for improvisation. That, coupled with a lighting design by Olivier Award winning Mike Robertson, makes for an immersive theatrical experience.
